Once you have placed your order through email, Facebook, or calling and I have responded to it, then it should be about 1-3 weeks until you will recieve your product(s)- all sales are final-
Once you place your order through the Etsy site (this goes much quicker) your order will be processed and sent out within 3-5 business days of being placed.
